Explore what we offer
individual therapy
All mental health journey starts with a conversation. Our practice is proud to offer evidence-based individual therapy that draws from various principles and modalities. Whether it is learning coping strategies or processing various life dynamics, our team is ready to listen and help our patients with their mental health discovery.
Psychiatry consultation and treatment planning
Every patient visit starts with a comprehensive psychiatric consultation evaluation. During this visit, patients and their families will discuss their current stressors while building a foundational rapport with one of our providers. At the end of the evaluation period, our team will provide impressions and potential treatment plans. Our goal is to ensure a broad understanding of the approach that works best for the patient.
If both the provider and patient find each other to be a good fit, an ongoing treatment relationship can be established to help set you up for success.
Medication management
As part of evidence-based medicine, we strive to offer the necessary medications that can help our patient restore their overall well-being and functioning. Our team has extensive experience across multiple treatment settings, which offers a personalized medication recommendation. We understand that medication treatment may not be for everyone. Thus, our team will also discuss non-pharmacologic interventions and therapeutic modalities as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
